Entries/NominationsThe Singapore Turf Club reserves the right to reject entries/nominations at any time at its discretion whether or not they have previously been accepted.Postponement/Cancellation of RacesThe Singapore Turf Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel the races for any reason whatsoever without prior notice or liability to any party. In the event of cancellation, the Acceptance/Start Fees will be refunded. Payment of Start FeesThe payment of Acceptance/Start Fees must be made by 8.30am Singapore local time on Thursday, 17 May 2007 through one of the following methods:
All payments and fund transfers must be accompanied by the horse’s name, sender’s name, owner’s name and the trainer’s/agent’s name.Refund of Acceptance/Start FeesRefund of the Acceptance/Start Fees less the Goods and Services Tax of 7% will be made if the acceptor is withdrawn on veterinary advice or with the permission of the Racing Stewards.PrizemoneyPrizemoney will be paid in Singapore Dollars or in another currency upon request. Owners’ prizemoney earnings are tax free while trainers’ and jockeys’ earnings are subjected to tax of 15%. Prizemoney and all other earnings will be paid within one month of the race subject to the horses clearing their post race tests.
